This is the dataset that is used for the publication "Responses of macroalgae to CO2 enrichment cannot be inferred solely from their inorganic carbon uptake strategy" in Ecology & Evolution.
For methods, see the published paper.

The dataset contains the following files:
Data_CA_FA.txt = contains the fatty acid concentrations used in the Correspondence Analysis
Data_CA_FattyAcids.xlsx = contains fatty acid data used in the Correspondence Analysis
Data_CA_FA_env.txt = contains information related to the samples used in the Correspondence Analysis
Data_DIC.xlsx = contains Dissolved Inorganic Carbon data and calculations (dH, dDIC, dHCO3, dCO3, dCO2)
Data_Length.xlsx = contains length data and calculations
Data_LipidsFAContent.xlsx = contains total lipid and fatty acid content data
Data_MANOVA.txt = contains the data that was used in the MANOVA
Data_NetPhotosynthesis.xlsx = contains the net photosynthesis data and calculations
Data_PAM.txt = contains the data used for the PE curves
Data_pH_measurements.xlsx = contains the pH measurements that were conducted by the culture system
Data_Pigments.xlsx = contains the pigment data and calculations
Data_StableIsotopes.xlsx = contains the stable isotope data and calculations
Data_summarized_MANOVA.xlsx = contains the data that was used for the ANOVA
Data_Weight.xlsx = contains the weight data and calculations
Script_CorrespondenceAnalysis_FA.R = the R-script with the Correspondence Analysis code
Script_MANOVA.R = the R-script with the MANOVA code
Script_PEcurves.R = the R-script with the P/E curves code
